Cost : $10.00 per session
We recommend:
- No eating 2-3 hours before class
- Bring water and yoga mat
- Thin sticky yoga mats only, thick
foam camping mats not suitable
- Dress like you would to a gym
- First timers arrive 15 minutes before
class to register
- Classes start on time - no late
comers
